Products import as drafts for review, with per-row errors if anything fails. You can also add products manually.

### Which payments does Snaply support?
Xendit-backed checkout: bank transfer, virtual account, QRIS, e-wallets, and cards. Merchants choose enabled methods in Preferences.

No. The AI Shopping Assistant is on the Growth tier. Starter includes the full commerce stack and core analytics.

Yes, on Growth and Pro. Go to Settings → Integrations in the merchant app, add your Pixel ID and Conversions API token, and Snaply fires PageView, ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, and Purchase on your live storefront with automatic browser/server deduplication.

### Can I get order alerts on Telegram?
Yes, on Growth and Pro. Open Marketing → Telegram in the merchant app, enable the integration, and connect your chat via the deep link. You get push alerts for paid orders, low stock, and more, plus bot commands like /today, /orders, /order, /stock, and owner/admin /pack and /cancel.

### How fast can I launch?
Most merchants publish their first product in about 30 minutes and ship their first order within 24 hours.
